Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made those huge chocolate chip cookies this morning. :D

Chocolate Chip Cookies
In 2007 I posted an Orange Cookie Recipe. The recipe of this chocolate chip cookie is similar to that of the orange cookie, with the exception that here the chocolate chips replace the fruit peels. I've also included about 25g of almond flakes to the cookies to give a little additional crunchy feel.

I'm now off to taste my cookies and I'll let you guys know how yummy it was. So long dudettes and dudes and my chocoholic aliens!

baking is a very appropriate hobby during exams period i reckon, you can make yourself happy and others too by not leaving the house. and it boosts up self esteem too, well sometimes if you know what i mean.

  4. Chocolate chip cookies are one of my favorites! And they're super easy to bake! Did you use chocolate chips or chocolate chunks from a chocolate block?

I remember that when I first started to bake chocolate chip cookies some years ago, I couldn't find chocolate chips anywhere so that I would chop chocolate chunks from a block and use them as chocolate chips! Hahaha. But now wherever I go, I see chocolate chips!

@ Keli, hihi, yeah it boosts up your self-esteem when you actually see that you've finally succeeded at something! hihi

@ Carrotmadman, I guess the photo is not enough flattering to those cookies! :D

@ Angele, it was chocolate chunks cut from a block. I bought baking chocolate yesterday and I was planning to make cup cakes, I decided to make those cookies at the last minute and I had to turn the block into chips! hihi

@ Keats, yummmy, I wanna eat some chocolate cake too. :D

  7. The cookies were great. I loved how you were feeding me while I was driving. Hahaha

I guess you used the 1848 chocolate block for that, cause the choc was good. Very gooood. Miam.
