some candles and a lantern

Hey people! I've made some candles last week out of old candle pieces used last Christmas.First I proceeded by melting down the pieces after having removed the wick. ideaI used a portable camping stove for that. If you haven't got one, use the one found in your kitchen, but be prepared to make some mess. Then I added some colour to the molten candle wax and I poured it in different types of utensils to get different shapes Here a picture of my first four candle pieces. I made the heart-shaped one for my sister. Then I made a lantern out of bristol paper, glue and vellum. At night it gives a nice effect when a candle is lit inside.

Right now I'm making some paper christmas decorations. I'll be right back! Hehe!

Oh so crafty!

Hey people! I've been making some gift bags recently; here's the template. It's pretty simple. All you've got to do is to trace it using the given proportions on some bristol paper and you've got a nice homemade gift bag ideal for birthdays, weddings and so on. You can further customise your bag with paper flowers, coloured ribbons, designs cut from magazines! The choice is unlimited! Hehe!

And I've also made a notebook for Jev, which I've called the rock notebook! Made it with black fabric, hardboard, paint and some pictures cut from magazines! Think he likes it!

small hello

Hell-o people twisted
How have you been doing? I've been doing great! Enjoying the holidays as much as I can through the damn cold weather. I've been doing lots of creative stuff like painting small flowers in my room, making notebooks, keeping a dream diary. I've got into cooking too. And as usual devoting my time to gardening. In a month my mom won't recognize the back of our toilet; I've planted creeping flower plants there! Too good!

Cya buddies!
