That's terrible. Poor tree, why did he have to go. What did he do to upset us humans -thinking he must've been dropping branches on people's heads :) Let's hope they build something useful on his spot, or let a nice new tree grow, a baobab or something, those are seriously kool.

you mean the tree is gone? who the hell cut it down? or is it the tree i see on the extreme left of the picture? i remember one short story written by EB White, it's about a certain tree which epitomized the happiness of people through nature and the simple appreciation of it...^^
That second pic looks like it was painted. And I can see dinosaurs on them.. Bizare..
